Last night, the celebration of a friend’s baby turning one hundred days old was lively. Karaoke came naturally as the second half of the evening; voice after voice filled the room. “Born in Hong Kong — everyone’s a singing star;”
A friend called out a question, but the singing was even louder: “Sanxiong, I see you using AI every day. Tell us, how do you actually use it?” From what I could hear, that was roughly the question.
First, trust: let AI know you, understand you, become you; Second, position: you are the “commander”, AI is the “political commissar”; feed it every one of your “battles”; Third, cooperation: the commander is “yang”, the commissar is “yin”; one yin and one yang are called the Dao;
The music was so loud, I don’t know whether he heard me;

Tong Ren connects cooperation with distinguishing roles. The commander-and-adviser metaphor works when direction and scrutiny complement each other; repeated agreement empties that relationship.
“Become you” expresses trust, but AI can know the accounts without having lived them. Collaboration needs room for reasoned disagreement, with responsibility for decisions remaining clear.
