If you can make ‘creation’ as natural as breathing, it is not because intention is absent; it is because all intention has already dissolved into the breath.Sam Wang

Along the horizon, a band of warm pink-orange afterglow carries the tenderness and romance that belong to dusk.
The Vasco da Gama Bridge cuts across the boundary between water and sky; the Tagus seems very quiet.
On the embankment, the silhouettes of an elderly couple walking side by side bring to mind the promise of holding hands and growing old together.
“Quiet, warmth, and a sense of poetry reaching into the distance;”
Xian means influence. The yielding is above and the firm below; the two forces respond and join. — Zhou Yi · Xian, Commentary on the Judgment
Xian places feeling in an encounter. Two figures side by side evoke growing old together; that poetry first records the viewer’s response without telling the older people’s whole relationship.

Hello, I’m Wang Sanxiong — Sam 🤝
The book’s epigraph is my motto, and the starting point for how I understand life, restaurants, and entrepreneurship.
I am a Chinese immigrant living in Portugal, originally from Qingtian, Zhejiang, and a restaurant owner. I love architecture and the history behind it; I love the I Ching, and use Eastern wisdom to interpret the stories hidden behind history.
A battle for small and medium-sized restaurants to reclaim their own customer channels;
XIAOXIONG®; it is not an advertisement in this book. It is proof that, in the second half of life, I am still willing to change.
