If you can make ‘creation’ as natural as breathing, it is not because intention is absent; it is because all intention has already dissolved into the breath.

Xiaoxiong® SaaS V2.0

Cloud POS (checkout system), online payments, QR code ordering, delivery through the restaurant’s own channels, table reservations…

After so many years in the restaurant business, I know that when a customer comes in for a meal, the restaurant has far more to do than cook a dish.

When I ran restaurants, I thought about how to make the business work well. Now, building Xiaoxiong®, I’m still thinking about the same thing.

“You focus on making good food. Leave the rest to Xiaoxiong.”

The Xiaoxiong® SaaS system, V2.0, is officially live.

Heng means lasting. — Tuan Commentary on Heng

Heng’s duration, applied to software, is tested through repeated use. Launch is a moment; payments, orders and bookings working every day give the promise continuity.

The book’s account of Felizcompra recalls the need for validation. The simpler the promise to handle the rest, the more concrete the responsibilities it takes on.

Reading in briefLaunch begins; daily use tests the promise.

of notes

Hello, I’m Wang Sanxiong — Sam 🤝

The book’s epigraph is my motto, and the starting point for how I understand life, restaurants, and entrepreneurship.

I am a Chinese immigrant living in Portugal, originally from Qingtian, Zhejiang, and a restaurant owner. I love architecture and the history behind it; I love the I Ching, and use Eastern wisdom to interpret the stories hidden behind history.

A battle for small and medium-sized restaurants to reclaim their own customer channels;
The second half of life should be more exciting than the first — that is only reasonable;

【XIAOXIONG®】

XIAOXIONG®; it is not an advertisement in this book. It is proof that, in the second half of life, I am still willing to change.
